The former mayor of Alaska's second largest city and his wife were sentenced Friday to prison terms for misusing more than $450,000 in government grants sent to a social services agency. Jim Hayes received 5 1/2 years, while Murilda "Chris" Hayes got 3 years during separate proceedings in U.S.
